ReStructure to 'TOP Level'

Hiya people,

OK, so Ive jiggled and cut and pasted a lot and now have a reasonably good looking Oscommerce site. www.herbalhaze.co.uk/shop

However, my actual site looks totally different. www.herbalhaze.co.uk

What i want to do is create pages in the TOP Level (ie mysite.co.uk), using the same stylesheet, header, footer, left and right columns.

I dont need the breadcrumb trail, but I would like to make the search engine skip all the info but the content.

So basically, mysite.co.uk/index uses the same stylesheet as mysite.co.uk/shop/index.php (where 'shop' = catalog).

It also requires the head, foot, left and right column boxes.

I know this seems a bit daft perhaps, but as my top level increases in complexity, i dont want to have huge breadcrumb trails.

I can kinda do it a way that i know, but this would create texts such as 'logo' 'home' etc etc in the search engine.

Anyone got any ideas? Ive seen the 'easily add pages' contribution, but it is using the '>catalog>substructure' and breadcrumb etc.

any help appreciated, Cheers!

Oh yeah.... that was the other thing that complicated it.

I will not be using all the boxes in the top level and so will be commenting them out and adding new ones.

However, i do not want the changes to these boxes to be active in the '/shop/index.php'

Therefore, i guess it will mean also copying these pieces into the top level as well.

Sorted this in the end.

I simply opened up "shipping.php" in the web browser and saved it all as an HTML doc.

Then i opened this up in an editor and pasted the bits across i wanted. linking it all to the same stylesheets!

Its all in HTML, but it worked and looks 'integrated'!

hope this helps anyone in a similar position
