Never show pricing

I posted similar question before

I want to use OSC as an order entry system with out ever displaying pricing
but I don't think I made my point very well...maybe this post will be more clear???

All items in catalog are free to limited group of buyers (not a public site)...because the 20 or so products that are on the site have already been purchased...So...

I don't want the price to show at the product level, cart level or check out level. I don't want payment or shipping to come up either during checkout either...

I've searched Contributions for "FREE", etc. but have not found what works for the latest RC build. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong spot...

Thanks for any pointers that gets me on track!

i guess but only guess you dont need osCommerce. what you need is probably a simple web page with a list of 'products' each of which has a checkbox next to it. then a form for 'customer' to fill in their address, then a Send/submit button. upon receiving the 'order' you just send it to them , free! is this what you want???

i must admit i am amused...

This might work for you. Search the contributions for Separate Price Per Customer. For the people that you want to give the "free" products to you would have them signup on the website them approve them to a separate customer group who have all of the prices set to free for the products you have. You can also enable a free shipping for that group only.

Even though it's not a public site you would want to approve people before they can get their free products just in case people started to find the site.
