Error processing authorize.net credit cards

Hello, I am getting the following error when I try to run a credit card with authorize.net:

 

The following errors have occurred.

(123) This account has not been given the permission(s) required for this request.

 

Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

Did you ever figure out the problem? Same thing on my cart.
