I need some Help changing the Manf titles Tags

Hello Guys,

 

I'm facing a big problem!

When the customer filter the categories by Manufacturer, The title tag for the results are the same as the Main page title.

Is there a possibility to change it and make the title appear in the Manufacture name?

 

Like instead of my title name "weil mclain boilers, Peerless Boiler......" it will be " C-square-D.com- American Standard Products"

 

I was thinking about a code like:

 

<title><?php echo "C-square-D.com" Manufacture;"products" ?></title> (I have no idea how to program!! :-( )

 

But let’s say even if that is the correct code what file should I change?

 

Please help me, It kills my SEO
