Installing Cubecart template to Oscommerce

I was wondering if you could install a template designed for cubecart into Os. I paid $350.00 for the template, banners, and bussiness cards, and do not want to waste the money. I love the way my stores designed, but really HATE cubecart. Can anyone help?
