private access pages in oscommerce?

Put the private access files in a directory and then put an htaccess file in the directory to filter out all but the valid users similiar to the admin folder protection. You would then have to give the username & password to the users, they couldn't change it on their own.

Please, can anyone tell me how to create a htaccess file? I have no idea what that is :'(

You can do this from your server host panel, look for an area about password protecting directories.

Glcustoms, also, could I add them like regular products on oscommerce and still put in private access or do I have to manually create a separate page?

Well, you could add code to the product_info.php file that would allow signed in members only to view the products. Im not sure what exactly you want to do, but all a person has to do is create an account and then they can view your products, unless you install a member approval mod or member subscription mod.
