orders total wrong

hi, when an order comes in, my payment gateway correctly shows the order so my customers aren't effected.

But within oscommerce when i look at the orders, the names show up twice in the orders page.

When you go into the order, The orders total is correct, but the 1st item is compeletely wrong except for the product name and manufacturer, and this line shouldnt even be there, the product price is wrong, quantity is wrong, the tax % is wrong(our old taxrate). This is a new customer so this person doesnt have a previous order.

I check my taxes in oSc and its correct (5%)

I can't print this invoice from here, which i would like because my logo would be on it.
