dandsonline Posted April 14, 2008 Share Posted April 14, 2008 Hey all, just wondered if ic ould get a bit of help, everytime i try to install Oscommerce it gives me this error after ive entered all my datebase details. There was a problem connecting to the database server. The following error had occured: Access denied for user 'dandsonl'@'server17.webhost-nameservers.com' (using password: YES) Please verify the connection parameters and try again. Have you added the user 'dandsonl' to the database (this is also separate from the osC install)? Have you edited the osC configure.php files with exactly this information including the password that you set up for the database user?
