These values are set during osC setup, product_model to 12 characters I believe (I have changed this from the default), categories_name to 32 and product_name to 64(?). product_description is type text, which has a 65k limit. Use your hosting services' database frontend (usually phpmyadmin) to alter this. If you would like SQL to change these, please post back.
