candycanuck Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 I am locked out of my admin area. This is not a new account, it had been working. Suddenly today it is not. I have tried cpanel > password protect directories >updated current login --> 401 authentication error after 3rd try logging in >created new login --> 401 authentication error after 3rd try >removed password protection --> 500 internal server error, no login popup Both with and without the password enabled, there is no .htpasswd only .htaccess I have tried changing .htaccess to 123.htaccess with no change in results What else is there for me to try?
