products_id not stored to database

Hi there,

if I add a product to the shopping cart, the products_id ins't stored in the database, the products_id is empty, which causes, if you delete the product aand update the shopping cart there is still an item in the basket which is not be seen by the customer. You can continue the shopping procedure with no product.

I'm running a shop where everything works, now I'm working on a new one with the family_products contribution, which urgently needs to be online.

 

Can someone help please? Any idea?
