This would talk them through stting up an account, payment, order tracking etc. Has anyone already done this, if so I'm struggling to find it & would appreciate a pointer to it's location. If not once I've created it I'll add it to the contributions. Thanks Dean

It is an idea I had been toying with, but just ended up using an FAQ contribution. It is not laziness, but between my real job and other projects, there hasn't been enough time to even start it.
