Check/Money Order - Need to make a new Payment Zone

Hi, I'm new to osCommerce, and I need some help, please.

 

I'm trying to set up my payment options, and I want to accept checks & money orders from the UK only. But the only Payment Zone in the drop-down list is "Florida".

 

I'd be very grateful if someone would be kind enough to explain how I can add the UK to the drop-down list, so that I can limit checks and money orders to UK customers only.

In my cart I deleted all the countries and zones through the admin panel one by one until left only with the UK.

 

It's an option.

Wouldn't that mess up Paypal and Nochex payments from other countries? I would like to accept cheques, postal orders, Paypal & Nochex from Brits, but only Paypal and Nochex from non-Brits.

 

Maybe it's easier to just not accept cheques and postal orders!
