web-project Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 you can search in contribution db for PayPal IPN contribution, follow the installation manual & everything will be fine. Quote Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.
umtwebby Posted April 13, 2008 Posted April 13, 2008 you can search in contribution db for PayPal IPN contribution, follow the installation manual & everything will be fine. In addition, you can either take up a paypal web payments standard account or web payments pro account. Both will allow you to accept credit and debit cards but at different charge rates. In addition web payments pro allows acceptance or credit and debit cards over the telephone through virtual terminal. In my cart I used the paypal module in the admin panel and still continue to do so. The only significant feature is that customers leave my site to make a payment but then rturn once the payment is made to complete the order. Quote

PayPal_JohnF Posted April 16, 2008 Posted April 16, 2008 Do you mean this one http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/5655 If so what is the problem with the ones already bulit into oscommerce ??? The module you quoted above is the same as the one built into osc v2.2 rc1 and rc2. It is available as an addon module for merchants running v2.2 ms2 or above. Quote
