There has to be a way to change this as I am shipping iPods, and $20 ground for an iPod is a little much! If you like, you can see what I mean by checking out www.icustom.ca, when you get to the shipping section, youll see it will weigh in at 3.XX kg (XX being the weight in grams added when enterting product listing) Thanks for any and all help! Aaron That is the tare that you use to allow for the weight of your packaging. A default value of 3 makes it obvious that iy needs to be changed. You do this in admin.
