Install error message

I get the following message and don't know how to delete it. I have tried to delete through file manager but then I get error message saying I cannot delete.

 

Message is: " Warning: Installation directory exists at: /hsphere/local/home/XXXX/XXXX.com/catalog/install. Please remove this directory for security reasons." XXXX = my website address

Use a ftp program and go to your site and the folder and delete it from there
