ORDERS NOT SHOWING AT ALL! NOT EVEN BY ORDER NUM, NO EMAILS!

Right, I got my first order this morning, great stuff! All went well and I can access the order details

I have since had 3 new orders tonight, but none of them are showing - I have also had no emails on my registered account for any of the transactions

Any help? Im kinda new to this
