Order payment received, but no order recorded

Hi, I have the standard paypal module installed on 2.2RC1

 

I have just receive a paypal receipt for an order, but when I go into the admin area there is no order listed. The problem here (apart from not being able to track my orders) is that the receipt doesn't actually say what item they bought :'(

 

Any ideas what my problem is?

Have you set the return path in PayPal profile?

This needs to be set to your checkout success page and then needs to be turned on.

Thanks for the quick response. I am a complete novice to this.

I think I have sorted out what you said. I don't have a test account to check it works so will have to wait for the next order :thumbsup:

Set one of your products to 1 penny and buy it yourself using a credit or debit card.

 

PayPal will only take the penny in charges unless things have changed. Great way to check if it is working properly
