I am currently trying to investigate why one of our client's admin websites is not appearing.. All I am getting is:

 

Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0

 

I am unable to view any of the php pages, as this error appears.

 

We moved servers last week, has anyone got any ideas what could be causing this?

Hopefully I'll have an answer for you as I've just run into the same issue. I've move osC amongst servers many times and haven't run into this....Server logs suck - they just say the same thing.

found the issue, at least in my case.

I know i've run into issues with line endings and such during moves, but the old site this recent one was on musta had f'd up permissions.

 

make sure to do it recursively if you got the same permissions problem I got :)
