Resubmitting donwload link to user

How can I resubmit the download link to a user?

For a reason my oscommerce is not showing the the download after buy, but it's another thread...

 

So, I need to manually send the links to the users, but since the /donwload is a protected directory, I'm not sure how to do it.

sorry to bother, but this question is here for 10 days and seams that either nobody know or it was overseeing.
