asiandivergal Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 Hi, No email was sent while requesting for new password ,I haven't change anything with login and password forgotten files. May I know what is going wrong here? Any help would be really appreciated! Wish a happy day to everyone!

I had set my email options few months ago and it worked fine too. here is the setting: E-Mail Options E-Mail Transport Method - smtp E-Mail Linefeeds - CRLF Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails - true Verify E-Mail Addresses Through DNS - false Send E-Mails - true Compared both login and password forgotten file and nothing have changed. Please help and thank you!
