Steverd Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 Every invoice I print out lately has an old order information on the top line. The email address, date, and items purchase. But every invoice has this same exact line of data. I went back to Feb and deleted this order and it still didn't fix the problem. Look back at my invoices I think it start about the same time I install the Paypal Pro module. But it prints out like this no matter if someone pays with Paypal Pro, or Paypal. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this? I am using using CreLoaded, but I'm not getting any help over there. So far I've also tried removing the Paypal Pro module, I've also search my database for this info and didn't find it. Also when you view the invoice on the screen the data is NOT there. Only when it's printed does it show up. So far nothing has helped to remove this data. Any other suggestions? Thank you Steve
Guest Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 Sorry Steve -- only osCOmmerce here. No CRELoaded or Zen or anything like that. Have you restored from your original invoice.php? -jared

Have you restored from your original invoice.php? -jared Yes, I figured not many people like CRELoaded questions here. But their support is absolutely horrible, to non-existing. Since I'm out of ideas I hope that someone else will have more ideas. Thank you for the Above idea Jared, I just replaced my invoice.php with fresh copies and it makes no difference. arggh It's crazy, it does NOT show up on the invoice screen, but does on the Print Preview. Ideas? Thank you, Steve
Guest Posted April 10, 2008 Posted April 10, 2008 There is probably a section in the invoice.php that either calls a different stylesheet when the media type is print or something like that. Support for "loaded" distributions is really frowned upon here, but if you PM me your invoice.php I'll have a look. -jared
