Where are the cc numbers stored?

We require them for rebilling on certain courses. I see there is a cc_number field in the orders table, but empty, as well as the other cc_* fields.

 

I am using Authorize.Net. Do I have to create another variable to pass to AN such as 'USER1' or something, so AN can pass the plain cc number back? If so, how do I set that up?? Thx.
