Changing Delivered status to shipped

Where can I change the status of order "delivered" to read "Shipped"

This is in the admin side of the catatlog but when the email is sent to client - it says your order has been delivered so then client phones and says no it hasnt - and then I have to explain it has been "shipped" - I cant seem to find this anywhere - the options are, pending, processing and delivered and is shown in a drop down box on the admin side in the order section.


Can anyone help me change this to, pending, processing and Shipped.
