skwish Posted April 8, 2008 Posted April 8, 2008 Hi all Bit of a strange problem. Basicly, one of our customers made an order with us, on the printable invoice obviously she was named as the customer, but the shipping address was too a diffrent address than the customers. A diffrent shipping address isnt out of the ordinary but the customer called to say she hadnt recieved her goods and didnt know the person or address that was down on the invoice as the shipping address. This has never happened before, is it possible to be just a one off mix up in the database or is it possible theres some sort of exploit or something going on here? Any help is much appriciated

In your admin, under sessions, ensure that you set the following: Check SSL Session ID TRUE Check User Agent TRUE Check IP Address TRUE Prevent Spider Sessions TRUE Recreate Session TRUE This will prevent people from picking up old sessions and cross populating fields with other customers (and all the associated issues that go along with it).
