mblyman Posted April 7, 2008 Posted April 7, 2008 Hello everyone, I have a very interesting issue with my OS Commerce install. I'm running CRE Loaded v6.2 B2B and about a week ago people that checked out without creating an account the order completed succesfully but their data was deleted from the customers table. The data is still in the orders table but not the customers table. This only happens with customers that opt not to create an account. Previously all customer data was written to the customers table regardless if they chose to create an account or not and the field "purchased _without _account" was simply marked with "1" if they opted to checkout without an account. Has anyone else seen this problem? Why is this happening? I haven't done anything to the cart as far as change code in the last couple of weeks so I'm not sure why this suddenly started to happen!
