categories problem - goes back to mainpage when clicked

Hi

 

I have a slight problem with my site www.retrological.com/catalog

 

I have two main categories CANVAS PRINTS and CANVAS PAINTINGS, each with their own subcategories. When you click a subcategory it goes to the correct category just fine but if you click on one of the two main categories it just goes back to the main page for some reason.

 

It's more of a cosmetic problem than anything as the actual subcategories and their contents can be clicked on just fine. I am not too keen on the main categories being able to be clicked on which gives the impression of a glitch.

 

How do you make the two main categories just shown as text and not actually clickable?
