paypal_wpp_1.0.1 getting blank page response

I have tried this with the real API cert and my sandbox user/pass and the real user/pass in live mode and get a blank page with url being the checkout_process.php page.

 

Also, tried the wpp_diagnostics.php and get a blank page with this as well.

 

I am using oscommerce-2.2rc2a.

 

Please advise.
