heres a real newbie question how do i use and install the contributions

You need to download the zip file to your pc, and unzip the file. There should be install instructions included in the zip. As a word of warning, when they say overwrite existing unmodified files, the contribution may have been written for an older osc version.

 

Before attempting to install, read the install instructions, check the contribution support forum, and be sure that you really want that contribution. If you want help, post in the support thread for that contribution.
