How do I disable the reviews ?

but that only disables the box.

 

The customer can stil click the "review" button when he's viewing product info.

Clicking on All terms ...

Click go ...

Rather than disabling reviews, you might want to look at some of the contributions that allow you to approve reviews before they are displayed. That way you can keep the good ones and delete the pranks.
