Missing Heading/Title Bars

I had a basic oscommerce setup and installed a template that i downloaded from a link on this website.

All of the colours and changes were applied however the title/heading areas for all box's on the website (that should be coloured are missing).

So my website is left without any visible dividers, borders and heading title bars (the text is there) but the coloured bars (that were previously grey are all missing??

 

Any help appreciated??

Whats New, Categories, Manufacturers and all other such areas are affected (missing colour) and bar/dividers.
