Separate pricing structure for resellers, and endicia Q

Hiya folks. I'm looking at setting up OSCommerce for a friend who runs a sucessful garage based business, as well as replacing my own cart with it eventually. I've installed a copy on my own server and have been playing around with the default sample store. I like it so far.

 

As we went over the particulars, here is a question that came up that I could not immediately answer:

 

My friends would like to allow their resellers to order from the site. This would involve a separate price structure and no tax. Is there a way to do this via a special coupon code or perhaps special flags on the user's account? Currently they process reseller orders by hand. It would be nice to have another price field for each item that is the discounted price for the resellers.

 

Also, is anyone working on a good Endicia plugin? The one here http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,4054 looks like it just generates a file that you then have to manually load into Endicia, although what he wants to do eventually sounds good.

 

I think that's all I have for now. There's some other questions that will arise after I experiment more with the setup.
