php file location of the "lets see what we have here" gif?

The gif image in question is broken on my site. The image is undefined. If I can find the correct php file, I can define it to be any image of my choice. This is similar to changing the oscommerce gif in the header.php file. Does anyone know the various locations to each gif's definitions? A mapping between php files and respective gif images?
