Trying to restore database backup to website

I am trying to restore oscommerce database backup that I created on my desktop running Wamp. I uploaded the database to the web server into backups and selected it in admin and said restore. It gets about half way finished and stops.

 

so I went to mysql in web hosting on Godaddy and tried from there and it got about 3/4 finished and quit. Then I read they support restores of 2,048 Kib and mine is a simple database but it has 2,800. Please tell me how to do this if you would. I would really appreciate the help. I have been getting help to this point by another very nice person in another thread but I thought I would put this out there and maybe I won't have to bother him so much.
