No Import Catalog Database and Automatic Configuration Dialog Window?

Please help me,

After I executed http://localhost/catalog/install in my Internet Exporer, there's no Import Catalog Database and Automatic Configuration Dialog Window. The screen went directly to Database Server Dialog Window.

I tried, however, to continue this step and filled the database server=localhost, username=root, password="none", and database name=oscommerce, which generated error notification: There was a problem connecting to the database server. The following error had occured: Unknown database 'oscommerce'

 

Please somebody help me..
