Text Attribute values disappearing?

Hello,

 

I have been using attributes (drop down and text) for some time. However just recently I have noticed that when some orders come through attributes selected by drop down come through fine but ones where the customer enters a text value in a text field these do not carry across into the order or order email.

 

Please could anyone point e in the right direction. I have deleted and re-entered these text field attributes and sets but still the text field values do not seem to be coming through.

 

I have done some test orders and the values appear right up to the checkout confirmation page but not into the order page? I am now "stumped" and not sure where to look next.

 

Any help would be very gratefully received.

I already have this (well the facility for text radio buttons etc) but still the text entered by a customer gets lost after clicking on confirmation page of checkout.

 

Any one any ideas?

Look at the updates. There are fixes.
