How do I set up my store so it Email orders instead of charging credit cards?

After I get the email from shopping cart with the order I will confirm that all items are available and email invoice. The buyer will transfer money to my bank account.

 

Is this possible?

There is a call for price contrib where the shopper must call you to check inventory first.
