How do I reset a customer's download count?

A customer is having trouble downloading a product they bought, and they are trying to download a 12 Mb file over a dialup connection. I normally allow 10 downloads of the product, and he has used up 8 of the 10 trying to download it on the first day. Is there a way I can reset his count to 10?
