Where are the "install the contribution xxx"?

While reading thru the How Do I...? post, which was very helpful, there are three places where is says "An easier way is to install the contribution xxx".

 

Where are these contributions?

 

For instance, tip 5 refers to contribution "InfoBox Admin". Searching the Community Add-Ons does not find it.
