Page Refresh Problems

Having spent some time searching the forums, I suspect that this is probably quite a unique problem, but if anyone is having the same issue, or knows which files to check then your feedback would be welcome:

I primarily use Firefox to do my development work but I have noticed that IE 7.0 handles the refresh of the site pages differently. If you visit the site you will see what I mean.

Using Firefox or Seamonkey (Netscape), when you click a product link within the Featured Products centre section it will take you to the relevant product content for that link. Only the centre page will make a dynamic content change and update. The header, footer, left and right columns remain static. Repeat the same test using IE 7.0 and the whole page refreshes for every link clicked. I have not experienced this problem on previous osC sites. This site has had extensive customisation, but I recall that it did work correctly some time ago. If anyone has any tips on what files to check then this would assist me greatly.
