Guest Posted April 3, 2008 Posted April 3, 2008 I have set up a stores that sells guitar parts - have put the weights of each itme in the product table and installed Royal Mail modules. If you place an order for say just strings then it all works , if you add another product eg guitar pickups the shipping options disappear. If you place an order for just pickups the shipping is not there. I have set the tare weight to 0

I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.
