Primary Address Not Selecetd

Hi. When a new customer signs up to the shop the address is filled in etc but the system is not assigning the address as the primary address, therefore when the customer is wanting to purchase no shipping or billing address is added and we get a blank order form, if the client selects to edit the address manually and selects to make the address primary then this makes it all work, we are running the latest version of osc, any ideas please as to make the address set as primary address when a new customer joins us? I know this questions is a couple years old, but I can't seem to find a solution in the forum. Has anyone figured out why this is happening? I have an oscommerce 2.3.1 site doing the same thing with the primary address. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem. Try checking your stylesheet.

 

I needed to put in a text colour in .infoBoxContents:

 

 

.infoBoxContents {

color: red;

padding: 0px;

line-height: 2;

font-size: 12px;

font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;

 

}

 

my text was there it was just white for some reason. I've been using the themeroller tool which may have overridden the default stylesheets settings.

 

Hope you fix it.
