Add Flash instead .png

Hello,

 

I already read a lot of topics about this subject but i can't figure out.

In header .php i have this part

 

<td valign="middle"><?php echo '<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_DEFAULT) . '">' . tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'store_logo.png', STORE_NAME) . '</a>'; ?></td>

 

 

I want to show instead store_logo.png, a .swf file.

 

If i change, or copy some code with java generate by dreamweaver cs, will result nothing show up.

 

Please a good explanation, who calready add flash banner with succes.
