Well this is my first post here.... Yippy.

I have had an OsCommerce site for around a year now and have constantly been frustrated with always having to log in to my site and manually update all of the products, I wish to know if anyone can build for me or has or knows someone that has a script that I can use to import an excel document into my database.

IF you need anymore info please let me know.

easypopulate is not what I am talking about i am aware of this mod however what I need is an excel spreedsheet from a wholesaler imported into my web-site with all of the prod details and price's inserted into db !

Is there a script that is available for doing this type of thing ? Thanks in advance.

I think you will find that easy populate does exactly what your looking for.

It lets you import excel spreadsheets which is then inserted right into the db.

Yeah - EP is exactly what you need.

You might need to setup a script to rewrite your headings etc to suit EP, but it will certainly do what you want.

I'm sorry, but i cannot offer Free support via PM etc, and osCommerce forums prohibit me from putting any reference to paid support in my signauture.

However viewing my profile may provide links to my website or something like that which you may find useful.

Using MS Access would be your best bet - maybe try a forum for MS Access - not sure...
