error on search result

the link below is the search result in my site

the last 2 item in search resuld are going to same item

it suppose to go to 2 different item althrough they have the same name

but this is not

even i try to search the item by the model number

such as "model-04720"

the search result seem correct

but once i click on the search result it go to model-04718
