Add to Cart button not redirecting to shopping_cart.php

When i click add to cart on either the product info or product listing ... the product / qty does get added to the shopping cart, however the page just refreshes i am NOT re-directed to the shopping_cart.php

 

Could someone please let me know which file this problem could lie.

Login to your admin section and click on Configuration and then click on My Store and make sure that the setting for Display Cart After Adding Product is set to true
