gandalf458
I'm playing osCommerce on my local server which is without a mail server before attempting a live install. Not surprisingly the process fell over when I attempted to create a new customer account. However, on querying the customers table and address_book table I see that a record has been set up in each and they look to be complete. BUT I cannot log in as that customer. Does it requires the user to confirm their details? And what changes are made by the confirmation process? Can I simply edit one of the table entries to enable me to log in? Thanks

Since I know it should work I've deleted the user and added it again - and bingo it worked this time! I'm running Apache/2.2.4 (Win32) and PHP/5.2.2 Many thanks
