Can administrator create a user with some of the functionality of the administrator?

Hi,

 

1.Can anybody tell me that ...is it possible to create a user who can able to use some of the functionalities of Admin.

Is it possible that admin can create such a user?

 

2.What are the procedure that i have to to activate Credit card and paypay options..??

if you have an older version of osC where you can install the admin login then yes you can control what someone does.

 

for credit card, etc do you have a merchant account, ssl cert, etc/

But actually what i need id i want to set a user that he can only set the catalog portion of admin.Can i restrict a user or can i create a restricted user? I am using Osc 2.2ms2-3 version...
