understadning the mysql session

I am wondering how to decode the session info stored in the database, that is to say, I want to know what all this stuff means...

Could some please provide a general breakdown or link to where this info is explained? Like, what does s:6 and s:8 mean, i take it i: is the product id but this is confuzzling... Thnx!
