CC - not being passed low order fee

Hi,

 

Firstly there seems to be a lot of low order fee problems but i cannot find a reference in other entries specific to this.

 

I have put my ordering in as some posts think its important.

 

low order fee - sort order 4

shipping - 2

sub-total 1

tax 3

total 5

 

The low order fee module shows +Install not the usual remove edit fields, is this the problem and how do i rectify it. Its as if its not really installed. So i cant uninstall it so to speak to re-install it if this is the problem. Nothing happens when i click on the install button its as if it installs it but hasnt finished the install and wont complete or something.

 

if i click on the right arrow (for low order fee) it takes me into the configuration for it which i have done, no $ etc and trues as in other postings.

 

The correct price gets to the confirmation and even the emails but it is not passed to the cc module, i use e-gate for ANZ in australia though i dont think the issue is there.

 

My thinking is the problem is: it is not sending the correct information to the cc module. My solution would be to rectify the +Install issue mentioned earlier though i dont know where to start for that. I believe it is checking a variable that is set if the low order fee module is installed... which it is apparently not, but i cant install the module as it wont let me.

 

so can anyone help me please.

 

 

(It would be nice in future versions to delete or reinstall a module.....

Also to improve the product perhaps an error message so that entries cannot share same ordering)
